What is the procedure of applying a transfer maid?

Someone is going to transfer her maid to me but is there any concern if the maid has no continued her 2 yrs contact? Any bond required?

What is the procedure of applying a transfer maid?

So after months of trying to get FDW approval finally my application was approved, but as luck would have it...
