Dear all, I am working on an investment contract under which the company gonna be registered in HK. Anyone familiar with HK company law, i.e., organization and operation of a HK company; powers and liabilities of directors/officers and etc?

In exchange, I could help on shipping law, and/or investment and incorporation in mainland China.
