Condo in Central not near construction

I'm moving to SG in about a month and want to find a condo in a very central location (I'm thinking near Somerset or Dhoby Ghaut MRT station) that is not surrounded by construction sites. Any suggestions?

One Oxley Rise - 5 mins walk to Somerset MRT...very convenient to everything.
