looking for HR course....

hi Guys, i need some of feedback or opinion regards on the HR course.
apparently i am thinking wanted to take diploma course specialize in HR (part time), so can i know which univ/college, insittute that has better recognize certificate in singapore? or is it worth to take certificate in HR course such as certificate that specialize certain area compare to diploma?
