Firstly are you still liable for NS Reservist? If not you have to get a release letter from Mindef to state you are no longer liable.

What are the thing i may go though from singapore?

If you have answered the above. ... If you have HDB house , please sell that house or transfer to your sibling as foreigners are NOT ALLOWED to hold any HDB or Subsidize condos from HDB unless it is stated in the caveat.

Go to Citizen Advise Bureau ICA Building 4th Floor, Bring along your China Citizenship and China PP, SG BC to prove you are a foreign citizen and you wish to renounce SG Citizenship.YOu do not have to notarise it if you come in person as the ICA officer will be witnesseth to your docs.
YOu have to filled the forms and surrender your SG PP and IC etc... Then go to second floor to get a standard 30 or 90 days VISA on your China PP
It will take 6 weeks from the day of submission to approve your renunciation.
Once you receive that letter, go to CPF and withdraw your money. Best to have POSB account as they will remit directly immediately. Bring POSB account book , letter of renunciation from ICA, China PP for authentication. Take about 30 mins to get your things done in CPF.

Contact local freight company that send stuff to China via Hong Kong by ocean freight. This will be the cheapest way. Go either by LCL or FCL if your stuff is alot

I will keep my citizenship while she keep her chinese citizenship to hedge my risk. You do not need a chinese passport to stay in china indefinitely. There are lots of ways.
