Benefits of Emplyment Pass

Hi
I want to know the benefits of Employment Pass than SPass. I am holding Employment Pass, actually I want to bring my mother to Singapore. So can I apply for her to get the Long Term Visit.

In order to bring in a Mother/Mother-in-law you need to have at least a P2 or P1 Employment Pass. This means your minimum salary can not be lower than $3500/mo (minimum salary required for the P2 Visa). Q or S pass? Forgeddit.

My EPass renewal got rejected saying salary is too low. And the company is saying they will change my pass to SPass instead. My question is -...
