It would depend on whether or not you have already had an extension. Even then there is no guarantee. You might need to take a 'vacation' for a couple, five days or so and return. Be prepared for the worst, and if you find it's not that bad, you will feel better. Not being prepared will just generate more anxiety. (you cannot prepare for the aptitude test though as there aren't any 10 years papers you can pick up and you cannot cram for it either as they keep changing the questions. You either have the aptitude or you don't.
If you are 'foreign talent' you should have no problem.
