Asian Food Channel Oyster/Meat Appreciation Classes

I was browsing through the AFC Studio website wondering what classes they’ll be having for September and came across these two…

1) Meat Appreciation Class by Chef Damon Amos from The Prime Society and Tim Martin from Culina

2) Oytster Appreciation Class by Chef Lino Sauro from Gattopardo (heard he’s some seafood expert)
