China Eastern Airlines, any feedback?

Post by Asdracles » Sat, 21 Aug 2010 7:20 pm

Hi all!

I'm planning a short holiday in Shanghai. Two airlines that make direct flight are Singapore Airlines and China Eastern Airlines. I know quite well SIA, being a reasonably frequent user, and I love their service.

Point is that the timing of the China Eastern Airlines are much more convenient, so if "comfort-distance" is not so big, I might go for them, even if price is quite similar.

Appreciated!

For international flights China Eastern is OK.
Service is friendly, but overall is not at the same level as SIA.
Then again, you shouldn't have to be paying SIA prices either.
So, if you consider the 5 hour flight to be relatively short, it should be OK.

Thanks, but in the end my schedule has changed a little bit so SIA was available, and price difference was not worthy the risk!

Thanks!
