I was applied for an singapore collgage for study and i got FIN NUMBER ,AFTER 30 DAYS THEY SHOW AT WEB REQUIERE DOCUMENTS AFTER SUBMIT REQUIER DOCUMENT THEY SHOW ON SITE " REJECTED " BUT IN LETTER DONT MENTION ANY REJACTION REGION ONLY WRRITTEN IN REJECTION LETTER " we are unable to approve the application."
ANY BUDY HELP ME WHAT WILL DO ,CAN FILE BE GO FOR APPEAL OR OTHER PAPER REQUIERE FOR VISA .

Seems like they called shenanigans on your documents. Unless you have other (real) documents, then there is no point to appeal really.
