Yeah more like a damager and a miser to me. His wife got sick in UK, got SIA to brought her back. If not for someone spilling the bean, he would not have paid for the flight charter itself. Misusing public property for personal agenda. Wife went to ward 88 in SGH. The whole ward including 89 blocked off for one month. Worse of all when coming to pay the bill, he scanned and scrutinise every single bit of itinerary on it.
