Great FAT FLAT location for a single person (and near MTR)??

Hi all,

I'm moving to Singapore soon. So i'm looking for some good suggestions as i've never lived in Singapore before (but have visited a number of times). I have a budget of 5,050 SGD a month from my company and i am by myself and that budget will cover rental.

So, i'm looking for like a 2 bedroom place, with a good MTR access and not too far from where i'm working One Raffles Quay. Any good suggestions? I'd love to be around some good food too.

FINALLY, is it possible to blend in utilities (capped at a present max), aircon cleaning, cable/internet fees, once a week maid service in the tenancy contract (or as an addendum?) .. in case say the rent is like not as much? Just wondering.

Thanks for your help!

That amount should cover all your household expenses including rental, utilities & communications costs (unless your a heavy data user on the mobile).
