Hi,

I may move out in the next few months and I am looking for a condo with a badminton court not too far from the city. For now I live in the Queens condo which has a court. Does anyone know other condos with a badminton court in Singapore?

Having lived in both newer ( 15 years). Here's some disadvantages of older homes:

- Pest problems (as share by one of the posters)
Had a scare...

Yes proper maid room and tennis courts..
with newer condos there aren't always tennis courts.
