Starhub: DW, BBC world, TV5, Eurosport, Russia today... basically that's it
You may check Singtel but I don't expect it to be different.

Try downloading and using tvuplayer (google it) - literally thousands of channels from all over the world so there are bound to be a few German ones in there somewhere
