Since she was on Social Visit which was literally meant social visiting, she did moonlighting and got caught. Right ?
You need to go to ICA and check with them by providing ICA a copy of her PP to see when she can return back to Singapore.
Chances are it is either 6 months or 2 years. Make sure she does not have any conviction hanging over her head in the records
Even if she is allowed to return , you will be hard pressed to get any kind of pass for her other than the Social Visit Pass which is 30 days max.
You need to apply for her LTSVP which is very hard to get right now.

Before she went back, she checked with the ICA officer and the officer said i have to appeal for her to come back.

Is the LTSVP very hard to obtain now?
thank you

For yourself would be, proof of marriage in SG, income of $2.5K minimum, pay tax and if you cannot meet the salary guideline, proof of saving etc.
For wife: no more dodgy things, proof of marriage with you. S pass canceled, no more criminal records etc..
If you meet this then go ahead, if you are rejected, then try longer SVP like 3 to 6 months term. LTSVP is always hard if your spouse comes from these countires as it can be seen as marriage of convenience

We do have the certificate of marriage in SG and i pay tax too. But i understand the government is getting stricter on these requirements. I will make sure she will do not commit any offence when she comes back.
Anyway, i will try and hope for the rest.
Wish me good luck.
Thanks a lot for your advice.

how do I contact you, my case is rather peculiar.
What you don't do is go and make five useless posts all over the forums so you can send a PM to MS. And if DO want it private for just MS, then you better be offering to pay him. His time is valuable.
