Wrong text messages

Just received a text message that was meant for someone else and reminded me of previous texts where I was not the intended recipient...

The first was from my housemate telling me how much he missed me etc - the problem being that I shared the house with him and his GIRLFRIEND (and she is not to be messed with). Turned out to be a case of too quick fingers - my name is just before hers in the list

The second was a random interception of a fight between a couple. Can't remember the context, but there was definitely a 3rd party involved (who wasn't me). I just ignored it and never heard from them again.

Any other stories of miscommunication out there?

The other day wife sent a message saying she thought her boss is up to no good and doing something slimey etc. instead of sending it to me she sent it to her him. Lucky as message about him goes that one was relatively mild.

I was once at the office and sent a message about there being no bog roll in the house loo and had to waddle up to the master bathroom. The senior partners sectary came in asking why am I telling her my toilet adventures? It was meant for of my other half.

Not just messages, its amazing how many times people accidentally press the call button on the phone, you can hear all sorts of things!

The other day wife sent a message saying she thought her boss is up to no good and doing something slimey etc. instead of sending it to me she sent it to her him. Lucky as message about him goes that one was relatively mild.

Glad I'm not the only one. The best/worst I did was send a girly-gossip text about the guy I liked to THE GUY (it was meant for a gf) Unfortunately the term I used to refer to him could be considered a slur and he never spoke to me afterwards

Girls... now y would you do that to someone you like? Beats me... I would tell a guy friend, she's hot etc... abt the girl I like...

The worst: I sent a birthday greeting to the wrong person... Btw, this thing could happened in IMs as well, when you have multiple windows....Once I chatted with my boss and friend at the same time, and I happened to gossip abt her... but luckily no mishap took place, phew...
