good spanish courses in singapore?

im a univ student looking for a good place to study spanish (im a beginner) i figured itll be useful :)
i know one place called inlingua at the orchard building (is it any good?).
i told my parents and they ask me to look for less expensive places if available (inlingua charges $321 per month).

I know a few people that went to a school called "Las Lilas". As far as I know is the only institution teaching spanish exclusively. I can't give my opinion, as obviously have never studied there (I'm spanish myself) but some friends gave me good feedback.

No idea about prices, courses plans or so. You can check the website
