If you are looking for proper certification like CMFAS Module 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, IBF (Institute of Banking and Finance) administer M1, 2, 3 and 6. SCI (Singapore College of Insurance) administer M8. These are minimum regulatory certification that an employee of a financial institution must possess, to perform his/her respective role.

If you are just interested to broaden your knowledge, simply open a securities account with any of the securities company in Singapore. Most (if not all) securities companies regularly organized talks with fund managers/product experts to talk about the different products.
