Get the docs and e-mail print go to Citizen Advise Bureau Kallang.
Show proof of marriage , the works.
LTVSP withdrawal thru sponsor of Sger can only be made by yourself or your spouse OR you application cross out some boxes
If it is cancelled via e-mail , surely there is a reference number and person that send that e-mail.

yah exactly, i went there today and met with two officer
they said that my e-online app was withdrawn due to a letter of appeal
which was sent by my residence MP.. They withdrawn the online app and instead process with the MP letter which is still pending for visa approval.
so they told me that there were 2 applications and had to withdraw one and it was the online app..
anyway thanks for commenting pepss..
