From a study, Favorable results in immune markers and a lowering of C-reactive protein (CRP) while Mangosteen Dietary Supplement?

Most fruits has anti oxidant in it. Having said that if too much of it, lao sai !! :D

here's another one that doesn't make sense...

...that said, if the fruit is purple (e.g. berries), it probably has antioxidants in it. so children, eat your fruits and vegetables just like what momma used to say.
