Highest is Kenya, which is 45x but the current PM rejected the pay increase. Next is...you guessed it--Singapore at 40x. The leaders of China and India don't even make 5x their GDP per person.

GEMS has always been pretty terrible. The only international schools I confidently recommend are SAS and UWCD. Maybe Stamford American or GESS too.
