Interesting to read the 3rd / 4th comment below the article!

I was wondering if the effect of the tightening of the work-pass criteria and increased levies earlier this year has resulted in higher food prices etc as threatened. Has anyone noticed?

While I can empathize with the posters feeling threatened, a lot of them gave typical comments:

"DEY TOOK OUR JERBS!"

and

"VOTE *** OUT!"

but we all know how the elections will turn out anyway...

But you can bet your sweet hind part that the vetting will continue to be stringent for those 100K to get in.
