I believed previous application automatically cancelled by MOM, If you are intend to go Company B, better inform Comapny A--they would be widthdraw your application then speak with MOM directly.

Normally, a company only applies for an EP after the employee-to-be signed the employment contract. Did you sign two?!? If so, better sort out the mess ASAP, as you will have to break one of the contracts (which of course is illegal).

No i have not signed the Company B offer yet. I am planning to ask Company A to withdraw my EP Application and then sign Company B's contract.
Once Company A informs MOM to withdraw the application. How long does it takes?

Thanks for your replies..

I understand that the EP online process can serve the purpose for an employer of a pre-screening tool to see if you would qualify for an EP before committing to a contract. I don't know how many employers use it that way but I know of it being used to serve that function.

Like other suggestions in this post you are touching on very dodgy ground here with two contracts / applications. Make sure your EP application is very tight and consistent in both apps or you are just opening yourself up to scrutiny by the MOM.

If in doubt, go into the MOM and speak to someone. People for some reason seem reluctant to do this. Based on my experience it can save so much time exchanging emails and receiving fuzzy information, and the staff will give you a straight answer and assist you as best they can.
