need help to convert and manipulate videos

anyone know where i can get my videos to be converted into a format i can use. they are in formats like VOB and what have you and i need them to be in AVI.

dont want to download weird software onto my computer and anyway need to make some changes on the video which i dont know how to

any help appreciated. thanks in advance.
If you melt down 365 TENGA single-use cups (http://www.tengatango.com) to make a tyre, what would you call it?

VOB is "video object", a DVD format.

Since you don't want to do it yourself, I could quote you a price if you tell me what you want converted.

I'm assuming you have legal ownership of these videos?
