My family are trying to relocate to Singapore (just looking for employment at the moment). In terms of accommodation, which option works out more cost effective generally - renting an apartment fully furnished or un furnished and then buying/ leasing furniture?
I was thinking fully furnished saves a whole lot of hassle but have just read about furniture leasing on this site.
Some advice would be greatly appreciated please so I can focus our condo search criteria.
