Television / TV Repair

Hello all, did a search and found nothing current/relevant. So, I'm in need of a recommended / trustworthy TV repairman who won't charge me for imaginary parts and services. It's an old CRT TV that came with the condo.

Does anybody have any recommendations / experiences to share? Many thanks in advance!

If this is the landlord's TV should not he/she take care of this? Typically in the TAs repair costs below S$100-150 are covered by the tenant and above by the landlord. Not sure if applicable to your situation.

Well my landlord is not in the country, and whether or not it's above SGD150, I still don't want to be charged for imaginary repairs
And if I'm not wrong, it should cost below SGD150 anyways, as the tube is fine.
