Hi everyone,
I'm new here so I'm not exactly familiar with the customs of this forum. Please go easy on me if I say something stupid. Anyway...
I was born in country A, immigrated with my family to Singapore at age 3, got my sg citizenship, left sg at age 16 because my PR status in country C was expiring, so my parents shipped me away without my consent (of course I could have run away from home, but that's not very practical). Therefore, I did not serve NS. Now I have dual citizenship (sg + C) and at age 21, I want to renounce my Singapore citizenship and return to Singapore for short vacations. I do not plan to work in Singapore.
My question is: Will they accept my renunciation? If they do, can I go back to Singapore, safely?
