But you were not obligated to purchase that package, no matter how hard they tried to make you feel like you needed it. If you are incapable of saying "no", that's your own problem, not the merchant's. Ultimately, if enough people find the sales tactics abrasive, they won't return and the business will suffer / go bankrupt.
