Rent prices in Singapore

For the sake of good order, could someone confirm to me that (housing) rent prices in this web site are in Singapor $'s.
A bit confusing - sometimes I see a price tagged s$ and sometimes simply $. So, would it make sense to assume s$2,500 for a 3-bed condo in the East Coast?
