Rejection of EP through Agencies

You are a fresh graduate as per your first post and so you were never on an EP as per my understanding. In your case your second employer should not have any problem applying EP for you. But the approval decision is still with MOM.

I did some search for you . Given the nature of the job description as " Contract Staff" for 6 months only,you will definitely not be approved for EP.
This is confirm. All contract staff are prioritise to Sger and SPR unless those jobs that are very rare and new FT to do it.
