Disposal of sofa

Post by missis » Wed, 07 Jul 2010 11:50 am

Got a large, blue sofa to dispose of (210 x 120) - it divides into 2 for moving. If anyone wants it or knows of someone who'd come and pick it up for free...? I called the Salvation Army but they looked at and refused as it wasn't in "perfect condition" (bit faded but still usable and comfy)

Even if you don't want it do you know anyone who'd come and pick it up to dispose?

Probably people from the condo management should know the who. If not a condo then google furniture disposal gives plenty of hits.[/i]

I know I can google it, but wanted a recommendation. I'll give it another day or two. Strange, in Japan I'd have no trouble off-loading something like this (I know because we gave a load of stuff away before we came here last year)
