How to apply for Auto Card for Queue going into Malaysia

Hi there,
Do anyone knows where to apply for the Auto Card (only thumb print)? This is the one use when you want to get to Malaysia (or back) and avoid lining up with everyone else (under All Passport)?

Please note that Auto Europe charges no cancellation fee when you inform us of the cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the start of the booked...
