Looking for rock climbing buddy (indoor and out)

I'm a Canadian/Kiwi married male in his 40's looking to get back into climbing again. I'm very much an amateur but fit and keen. I also swim, bike and (when I have to) run. If you are interested or know of someone who is, let me know. Cheers, Joe

hullo ... where and when are you looking to climb? i'm looking for someone who can regularly climb at climbers' lab. if you're looking at climb asia though, you can easily spot one (or more) groups on this forum that already climb there. good luck~

It would be good to know your approximate weight (I'm 6'1" and weigh in at 84kg and this is not likely to improve much:-)) and gender

Hey there! Did you get yourself sorted, I'm also looking at getting back into it, just arrived Singapore last month, gear still on a ship somewhere to follow, but for indoor I could rent in the interim. I'm same'ish weight (working on it), age, etc, but a Brit

Maybe we could get out this weekend?

I am a 6B climber now probably struggle with 5B

Looking to get back in shape, let me know you are keen to climb after working hours or on the weekends? Climb Asia seems to be most accessible with rope ready on routes, any other suggestion would be welcomed too

wow, there are so many climbers here.
hi i have group of people (male & female) that love climbing weekdays and weekends.
we usually go out for dinner and drinks after each climb.

location varies, climb asia, climb lab & even yishun.

Hi Paul,

I'm 30, French woman, arrived in Singapore a few months back. I'm looking for a group of people keen in climbing weekdays on a regular basis. To be honest, I don't have much climbing experience but have always liked the sport. I used to do other sports, mostly basketball but because of back problems it's now getting hard for me to keep playing so I'm looking for a sport which is OK for my back and climbing is a good option.

I live very close to Climb Asia so climbing there is perfect for me. I tried to PM you but because I am new on the forum, I cannot.
My goal is to find a nice group to climb with and then go out and have fun, cause sports is also about fun and meeting people for me.

So if anyone is interested in a newbie, do let me know!!
