Please do not take MS's link to the 1999 news release as the gospel as the last time that page was updated was back in 2007. You want to look at ACRA's website and newer information that came about 2009 from Sept to November as the criteria has changed somewhat.

You would do well to do some research at ACRA as well as MOM (not the press release archives)

before committing anything.

Hi SMS thanks for the links but I still don't know why you suggest the ACRA site. I have registered an LLP witha local partner. Am I missing something in what you say?
Also thanks MS have checked out your link and I am inclined to apply for the EP. What's the worst that can happen - if they turn me down I try for a LOC!
