Outlook Calendar on Blackberry

As most of you know, I am a bit of a numbnut when it comes to technology.

Wondering if anyone can help or advise. I have just added my Outlook account to my Blackberry - it is pushing through all my emails - but it is not pushing through the calendar.

It was the calendar which was important to me.

I understand there is the option to synch with Blackberry Desktop software, but I do not have admin rights to download software on my laptop.

email and calendar should be push out via the BES. try doing an email reconciliation on the device. i had a look at mine and there's no calendar reconciliation, so maybe the email one will take care of it.

btw, how about contacts. does it get push to your device?
