Why is it that all hell breaks loose on here everytime I want to get something off my chest?!

You guys behave! But seriously I'm completely fine. The symptoms were clearly related to that damned AC unit. I am dead cert of that. But 2 hours later I was back to normal. Never experienced anything like this before. "Strange days indeed".

Yeah just read that link you posted and yeah it says that some people ...need to be on steroid sprays and I know that I'm one of those. I ran out of the spray "Flixonase" last week and picked up more today. I've been told to stay on these things but sometimes I kid myself that all will be fine without it. Mm..........I normally don't have nose issues when I'm in the gym but then I'm normally on the spray twice a day. Maybe I've learnt my lesson! Thanks for the reminder "missis"!
