Stain removals - recommendations?

Hello,
For some reason I've managed to pick up some stains on a couple of my shirts this year and I'm looking for a place that knows what they are doing to remove them. I've used the stuff that you can purchase without any success. Any suggestions?

what colour and material are the skirts? and what kind of stains?

darn difficult to keep laksa off my white shirt!!! dropped the chicken into the soup and splash... magnet stains to my shirt. had to use bleach, washing powder and hot water to wash it off.
