My father and my are planning to purchase a condominium in Singapore.
Approximate property value of 1.4 million SGD.
I am currently here on a EP (P2) and my father is on a LTSVP under my sponsorship. Both of us are not holding passports that are on Visa Vaiwer program or Visa on Arrival.
The query is with regards to visa status.
If sometime in the future I am removed from my job (assuming I dont get my PR before then), will my father (above 60 years of age) be able to come to Singapore on an LTSVP?
It could be to live or to transact on the property.
What about tax on rental income? Do you still need to pay it to IRIS?
What if you are living in a country that has double taxation avoidance treaty?
