Need a maid for working couple and 2.5 years old kid.

Hi, I need a maid from 7am - 7pm for cleaning, baby sitting and help in the kitchen.

I am a doctor and my husband works in a bank and we have a 2.5 year old son who goes to school from 8 - 1pm.

We need someone who is good with kids.

Wondering what is the best place to search for such help. Any pointers?
