What is your legal status in Singapore? DP? Social visit pass? Are you looking for an industrial position or also academic (public research institute)?

With no PhD your chances to find a decent job in academia are rather limited. Unfortunately the only usable advice I can give you is to make a list of local chemical (or related) companies and contact them PERSONALLY one by one. If you have not done it by far you may also used the local job recruitment related webpages - I am very positive I saw some offers for the chemists within last few weeks. A potentially major challenge may be to convince your employer to be that there is no problem hiring you on the DP.

I’m not sure that’s a thing here, unless you hire an interior designer and have them furnish your house for you.
