Recommendation for double eyelid surgery

I have droopy eyelids, consider to do double eyelid surgery. Anyone done it before ? What is your recommended hospital in Singapore / Thailand ? With photo before and after surgery if possible. Many thanks !

they are superb with eyes...

I not too sure which doc is best at double eyelids, Sometimes it really depends on luck.
