maybe you should read the sticky on the business forum for info on entrepass. Also, MoM website has lots of information about setting up a company.
Once you've read all that then maybe you should ask questions.
I have a question for you. Do I get a consultancy fee for guiding you?
Don't p*ss me off! I am running out of places to hide the bodies.

Yea it is much much harrder these days. Min 50k capital. 1st year minimum 100,000 total business spend and a minimum of 2 local employees. I'm sure that's right but check the mom website for exact details. 2nd year is even more minimum TBS and even more local employees and 3rd year a rise again. Just glad I'm on the old system myself.
Oh and as a fee I charge $100 a word.

ukdesigner, at least your fees are reasonable as you are succinct.
Imagine the bill he'd receive from ksl!
