When shall I inform ICA about leaving my job?

I have applied for PR and got 3 months EP. Now after two months I am leaving my job and joining in anew company, they will apply for EP soon. Today is the last day in my current company. When should I go to ICA. and With my new EP, will my PR be in processing again?
