Regarding job agent..urgent help!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone, i am a singaporean. I got friend from china and he is trying to get a job at singapore. Can i help my friend to apply for a position through an agent or employer for a job in singapore? If he approach a agent from his country he would need to pay an extra agent fee through his agent in china and he would also need to pay a sum of agent fee through the agent in sg.

Are you saying you don't want to pay agents fees? while agents, double glazing salesmens etc are the armpits of society ( No disrespect to those lovely estate agents out there but I am sure you know where I am coming from )

If a person does a service for you no matter how slimy they are I believe you should pay them for their trouble. He just has to work out the going rate and find legit agents to make sure he is not ripped off and take it from there.
