We just stayed for a month in a one-bedroom apartment at Institution Ville, a short walk from Orchard Road.

The bedroom only had a glass sliding door and the kitchen area was tiny but it was the cheapest we could find at $3,300/month plus utilities.

There was a related property that had loft apartments for just under $3,000.

If you click around this website you can find it: http://lxtan.webs.com/facilitiesratesih.htm
