I was hoping some one can recomend a tour group company that caters to westeners? I want to visit the following places and I would be greatful if anyone can make a tour guide recomendation for Beijing, Shanghai, Seoul, Taiwan.

You're probably better off looking at the european tours on the web - although that means that you'll be paying european prices too!
