Does anyone know where I can find Galette des Rois (also known as the King's cake) with frangipane cream in Singapore?

in june? not sure if the hotel bakeries will make it unless it is january, but you could try going to swissbake maybe?

it's super easy to make, search for a recipe online 'marmiton' is a good french site

Girl_Next_Door, try La Fromagerie at Chip Bee Garden. I recall seeing it on the menu board afew months back. Not sure if it is a regular or seasonal offering though. Hope this helps.
