It's called a Virtual Private Network, doesn't prove anything, to be fair, if I was trying to hoodwink people into believing that I was two people I'd do just that!

But a lot of people are dumb enough to just post from separate accounts but from the same computer within the same time frame--and in turn, same IP address.

Exactly. People who spam this place typically do not care or don't know how to care about their identity. The level of sophistication of their "marketing" matches. You don't really need to know the IP. Its more for justification.
Skylogger's posting profile does not rise the waring flag that much (yet).
