is there anyone in mechanical engineering field?

How is the pay like with a pass degree in mech eng?

Around 2300~2500/mo to start. (depending on the industry)

If you went straight from your B.Sc to your MSc without a couple of years of work experience, the same salary figures. 2300~2500 to start. Having a Masters without relevant work experience is worthless as academic toilet paper only says you can take tests. Doesn't say what your work ethic and abilities actually are. Therefore, your masters doesn't have and practical experience yet therefore it's pretty window dressing but not necessary at that point. However, If you have at least 2 years of relevant work experience to go along with it, then probably 3~3.5K to start.

Hello, would like to know for master holder from
NUS. With 5 years experience . What is the reasonable
salary for electronic engineer.

You also might want to check the classifieds section of the local papers and online boards. Of course you can also check the figures given by the headhunting firms as well, but they will be always premium figure and wish for figures, rarely based in reality. Check the average salary sticky in this forums as well for links to online salary surveys.
