EP issue

Post by papakutkut » Sun, 06 Jun 2010 11:10 am

Hi All,

The third party agency of my new employer submitted my EP application this Wednesday.....I signed the offer letter a couple of weeks back. I am holding a Q Pass currently.

My question is, is it legally ok to resign after getting the new IPA approval (which is expected this week probably).

Yes, but you should give notice or salary in lieu of to according to the terms set out in your current contract.
